Our Story
Summit-Roam emerged from a simple observation: too many conferences felt like one-way broadcasts rather than genuine gatherings of minds. Attendees would sit through hours of presentations, collect materials they would never read, and return home having made few meaningful connections.
We believed events could be different. Gatherings where every participant contributes. Where unexpected conversations lead to collaborative opportunities. Where the energy in the room stems from authentic engagement rather than polished production.
Since establishing our practice, we have partnered with organizations across Canada to reimagine their conferences, forums, and professional gatherings. Each project teaches us something new about what makes human connection flourish in professional settings.
